Davy is a corporate lawyer specialized in all fields of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, restructurings and non-profit associations.

Prior to starting CoTra in 2019, Davy worked as corporate lawyer at DLA Piper UK LLP and as corporate legal counsel at Huntsman International.

Davy is a graduate of the University of Antwerp (Law degree, 2009). He also obtained an LL.M. from King’s College London in 2010.
