Hansa-Flex, as a Partner for Hydraulics, is a global total supplier with 60 years of expertise in hydraulics.

This acquisition fits perfectly with the strategic growth objectives of L.I.S. Hydraulics and Hansa-Flex.

CoTra Law assisted the Kazakh shareholder Presidential Sports Club and Samruk-Kazyna with the entry of the new Canadian co-sponsor Premier Tech in the capital of the professional UCI Astana Pro Team.

Since 2007 Astana Pro Team is a  Kazakh cycling team financed by some Kazakh state companies.  The team is named after the former capital of Kazakhstan. Astana Pro Team is one of the 18 teams of the UCI World Tour.

The Canadian Premier Tech is one of the largest global manufacturers packaging equipment and was already connected to the team as a sponsor for four years.

CoTra’s transaction team assisted Presidential Sports Club and Samruk-Kazyna with the entry of Premier Tech in the capital of the Astana Pro Team and the drafting of the sponsoring and cooperation agreements for the seasons 2021-2022-2023.

CoTra Law assisted Groep VAB with the entering into a joint venture with the Dutch Koopman Logistics Group for setting up, developing and commercializing a newly integrated site in Genk.

Since 2004, Groep VAB is through VAB Fleet Services NV active in providing tailormade services regarding fleet management: transport, optical inspection, control, maintenance, etc. of (motor)vehicles and bikes.

Groep VAB and the Dutch Koopman Logistics Group will jointly through VAB Fleet Services NV set up, develop and commercialize additional activities on a new joint site in Genk focused on repair and refurbishment services of (motor)vehicles.
