CoTra Law assisted the purchaser with the acquisition of all shares in Morgan Belgium Holding NV and Garage Albert – Anciens Etablissements Stammet et Fils BV (Brussels).

Since 1954 Morgan Belgium Holding NV is through Garage Albert – Anciens Etablissements Stammet et Fils BV the single official importer of luxury cars of the Morgan brand in Belgium (see www.morgan-belgium.com).

CoTra’s transaction team assisted the purchaser during the entire transaction, with drafting the transaction documents (a.o. letter of intent, share purchase agreement, representations and warranties, …), conducting the negotiations and the successful closing of this share deal.
