COTRA ASSISTED THE SHAREHOLDERS OF DIAGNOSECENTRUM DLO (DOKTERS LIER EN OMSTREKEN) CV IN SELLING A STRATEGIC PARTICIPATION TO HEILIG-HARTZIEKENHUIS LIER IN THE FRAMEWORK OF A STRUCTURAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
CoTra assisted the 66 shareholders of Diagnosecentrum DLO (Dokters Lier en Omstreken) CV in (1) selling a strategic share participation to, and (2) establishing a structural cooperation agreement with Heilig-Hartziekenhuis Lier.
Diagnosecentrum DLO CV is an independent medical center incorporated in 1969 by some general practicioners in order to quicly and efficiently refer their patients to specialised practitioners. Since then, DLO has developed into a cooperative company with lab services and medical imaging in which 66 general practitioners of the Lier region participate.
DLO already cooperated with Heilig-Hartziekenhuis. Now, this cooperation is structurally enhanced by the participation of Heilig-Hartziekenhuis in DLO.
CoTra’s transaction team assisted the shareholders of Diagnosecentrum DLO CV in negotiating and successfully closing this transaction.
