CoTra Law assists shareholders of Van Vaeck NV and VVNT NV in transfer of shares to Icomet Group

CoTra Law assisted the shareholders of Van Vaeck NV and VVNT NV with the sale of their shares in both companies to the Belgian Icomet Group.

Van Vaeck and VVNT are Belgian companies with a long history in the safe market.

The Icomet Group is a Belgian industrial group that specialises in high-security joinery and integrated security solutions.

To ensure continuity and the transfer of know-how, the selling shareholders will remain actively involved in the Icomet Group for an extended period.

The transaction team at CoTra Law assisted the shareholders of VVNT and Van Vaeck in drafting the transaction documents, conducting negotiations, and successfully closing the deal.
