COTRA LAW ASSISTED GROEP VAB NV WITH THE SALE OF ITS SHAREHOLDING IN MACADAM VAB INSPECTION NV (MVI) TO MACADAM EUROPE NV.

CoTra Law assisted Groep VAB NV with the sale of its shareholding in Macadam VAB Inspection NV (MVI) to Macadam Europe NV.    

Macadam Europe is the market leader in the area of inspection of end-of-contract vehicles.  For the past five years, Macadam Europe and Group VAB have worked together in Belgium and Luxembourg under the name Macadam VAB Inspection (MVI).  Through this takeover, MVI will now continue under the umbrella of Macadam Belgium NV.

CoTra’s transaction team assisted Groep VAB as seller during the entire transaction both in drafting the transaction documents (a.o. letter of intent, purchase agreement, representations and warranties, …), and in conducting the negotiations and the successful closing of this transaction.
