CoTra Law has assisted the shareholders of Transport Goossens in the sale of their shares to Waagnatie (Commodity Centre) group.

Transport Goossens is a Belgian transport company with years of experience in national and international (road)transport.  The family business was founded in 1990 and since then it has offered its customers a reliable partner for the transport of goods from the port of Antwerp to the Benelux countries, France and Germany.  Transport Goossens was taken over by Waagnatie (Commodity Centre) group, a logistics group that specializes in customs documents, container handling, storage, transport and distribution.

CoTra’s transaction team assisted both parties (as counsel to the deal) both in drafting the transaction documents and in conducting the negotiations and the successful closing of this transaction.
