Van Poucke Rental BV is a strong and innovative company specialized in the rental of portable toilets and sanitary facilities. Van Poucke Rental BV is mainly active in the event sector (e.g. Ronde Van Vlaanderen, Gent-Wevelgem, Superprestige races, Waregem Koerse, (rock)festivals etc).

CoTra’s transaction team assisted the purchaser during the entire transaction (including the (legal) due diligence), with drafting the transaction documents (a.o. letter of intent, purchase agreement, representations and warranties, …), conducting the negotiations and the successful closing of this deal.
