CoTra Law assisted Triginta with the acquisition of 17december NV. 17december NV is the owner of the Wivina monastery in Dilbeek.

CoTra’s transaction team assisted the Triginta during the entire transaction, with performing due diligence, drafting the transaction documents (a.o. letter of intent, purchase agreement, representations and warranties, lease agreement…), conducting the negotiations and the successful closing of this deal.
