COTRA LAW ASSISTED GROEP VAB WITH THE SALE OF THREE TYRE CENTRES AND A TYRE HOTEL (IN FLANDERS).

CoTra Law assisted Groep VAB with the sale of three tyre centres and a tyre hotel (in Flanders). 

Group VAB sold a number of its tyre centres and a tyre hotel to the management.  The tyre centres in Dilbeek, De Pinte and Overijse, as well as the tyre hotel in Grimbergen, will henceforth continue independently under the name Banden Peeters. 

CoTra’s transaction team assisted Groep VAB as seller during the entire transaction both in drafting the transaction documents (a.o. letter of intent, asset purchase agreement, representations and warranties, cooperation agreement, (transfers of) leases …), and in conducting the negotiations and the successful closing of this transaction.
