CoTra Law assisted the sellers in the acquisition of Solid Talent by Planet Group.
Solid Talent is the Antwerp-based HR specialist in project staffing focused on engineering profiles.
Planet Group is a leading Belgian HR service provider currently headquartered in the Loop in Ghent. The company has several regional offices in Knokke, Groot-Bijgaarden, Brussels, Antwerp, Hasselt and Mons. Planet Group was founded almost 20 years ago by East Flemish entrepreneur Sam Baro (also known as owner of regional television channel AVS, football club KAA Gent, Kowala Productions and Chateau Jemeppe, among others). The group has grown exponentially over the years and is active in the world of temporary and flexible staffing (project staffing & interim).
CoTra’s transaction team assisted the sellers throughout the entire transaction, including the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents and the successful closing of this acquisition.
