CoTra Law has assisted one of its clients, a leading specialist in structured data cabling, data centers and smart building solutions in a strategic management buy-in (MBI).

Through this transaction, the shareholders wanted to offer the members of management the opportunity to step into the company’s capital in order to further involve management even more closely in the company’s policies and future.

CoTra’s transaction team accompanied both the drafting and negotiation of all transaction documents (investment agreement, shareholders’ agreement, etc.), and the successful closing of this transaction.
