CoTra Law assisted the purchaser in the acquisition of Rabbit NV.

Rabbit produces ready-made meals with fresh ingredients under private label, which are sold via the large retailers in Belgium, the Netherlands, France & Germany.  Rabbit stands for a to the point innovative approach with focus on taste, health & convenience recipes in line with an evolving consumer market and inspired by the newest trends.   Over ten million meals are being produced yearly and this around the clock (24/24) with solely fresh ingredients.  Rabbit is IFS certified.

CoTra’s transaction team assisted the purchaser throughout the entire transaction, including the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents and the successful closing of this acquisition.
