COTRA LAW ASSISTED THE SELLER IN THE TRANSFER OF THE TRANSPORT ACTIVITIES OF COUPETRANS TO TRANSPORT ROOSENS.

CoTra Law has assisted the seller in the transfer of the transport activities of CoupéTrans to Transport Roosens.

CoupéTrans is a Belgian transport company with years of experience in national and international container transport.  The family business was founded in 1953 and since then it has offered its customers a reliable logistics partner for the transport of sea containers from the port of Antwerp to the Benelux countries, France and Germany.  The transport activities of CoupéTrans were taken over by sector colleague Transport Roosens.

CoTra’s transaction team supported the seller throughout the entire transaction by drafting all transaction documents (including the letter of intent, purchase agreement, and representations and warranties), conducting the negotiations, and successfully closing the deal.
