CoTra Law assisted the founding shareholders of Apton BV in the sale of Apton BV to GVT Transport & Logistics Belgium BV (ID Logistics group).

Apton BV is a company specialising in providing transport, logistics and transshipment services in the Benelux.   

ID Logistics is a French group specialising in transport and logistics.  With this strategic transaction, ID Logistics further expands its own network in the Benelux.

CoTra’s transaction team assisted the sellers during the entire transaction, with drafting the transaction documents (a.o.  purchase agreement, representations and warranties, Transitional Service Agreement,…), conducting the negotiations and the successful closing of this deal.
