CoTra Law assisted the shareholders of the FPC Risk Group in the sale of 100% of their shares to the Swedish listed group Sweco.

Founded in 1973 as Europe’s first independent fire protection consultancy company, the FPC Risk group today still offers premium fire protection and emergency management solutions to its partners and customers.  FPC currently has offices in Belgium and the Netherlands.  It is proud to join the Sweco group, Europe’s leading architecture and engineering consultancy firm (listed in Sweden).

CoTra’s transaction team assisted FPC Risk’s shareholders throughout the entire transaction, including the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents and the successful closing of this sale.
