COTRA LAW ASSISTED TRIGINTA WITH THE ACQUISITION OF ENTR’ACTE BV – HET HUIS VAN OOMBERGEN

CoTra Law assisted Triginta with the acquisition of Entr’Acte BV. Entr’Acte BV is the owner of the historic building of the Royal Academy of the Dutch Language or the ‘Huis van Oombergen’ in Ghent.

CoTra’s transaction team assisted Triginta during the entire transaction, with performing due diligence, drafting the transaction documents (a.o. letter of intent, purchase agreement, representations and warranties, …), conducting the negotiations and the successful closing of this deal.
