Connecting Solutions is a leading player on the Belgian market for professional fleet management and asset tracking systems for various sectors (including transport and logistics, construction, agriculture, company fleets, passenger transport, …). Through the acquisition of BusinessTrack Netherlands, Connecting Solutions expands its activities in the Benelux.
CoTra’s transaction team assisted the purchaser throughout the entire transaction, both in assisting with the due diligence, drafting all transaction documents (letter of intent, share purchase agreement, representations and warranties, etc ), and in conducting the negotiations and successful closing of this transaction.
