CoTra Law assisted the purchaser in its acquisition of Unimex NV(Formdrill).

Unimex NV (Formdrill) has been active in the production of high performance drills for more than 40 years and operates globally through its companies located in Belgium, France, Germany, USA, China and India.

CoTra’s transaction team supported the purchaser throughout the entire transaction by drafting all transaction documents (including the letter of intent, purchase agreement, and representations and warranties), conducting the negotiations, and successfully closing the deal.
