COTRA LAW ADVISES THE BUYER ON THE ACQUISITION OF HOUTHANDEL MARIJNISSEN

CoTra Law advised the buyer on the acquisition of Houthandel Marijnissen.

Houthandel Marijnissen, based in Rijkevorsel, is active in the timber trade and also provides exclusive bespoke joinery and interior fit-out services for both private and professional clients.

CoTra’s transaction team advised the buyer throughout the entire transaction (letter of intent, share purchase agreement, representations and warranties and other transaction documentation), as well as during the negotiations and the successful closing of the transaction.
