Maison Vervloet is a Brussels-born master of luxurious brass and bronze hardware. Maison Vervloet started its activities in 1905 and has, since then, become a world reference in luxury door handles and knobs.

Prado (founded in 2020 by Thibault Renson) is a Belgian innovative manufacturer of invisible home technology.

CoTra’s transaction team assisted the Maison Vervloet shareholders both in drafting the transaction documents and in conducting the negotiations and the successful closing of this transaction.

The chocolate and praline activities of Ardelis (including the Ardelis brand) were taken over by sector colleague Caluwé Artisan.
