COTRA LAW ASSISTED THE PURCHASER CALUWÉ ARTISAN IN THE ACQUISITION OF ARDELIS’ CHOCOLATE AND PRALINE BUSINESS.

CoTra Law has assisted the the purchaser Caluwé Artisan in the acquisition of Ardelis’ chocolate and praline business (including the trademark Ardelis).

Ardelis is a Belgian company with years of experience in developing, producing and selling gourmet chocolates and pralines.   The family business was founded in 1986.

The chocolate and praline activities of Ardelis (including the Ardelis brand) were taken over by sector colleague Caluwé Artisan.

CoTra’s transaction team supported the purchaser throughout the entire transaction by drafting all transaction documents (including the letter of intent, purchase agreement, and representations and warranties), conducting the negotiations, and successfully closing the deal.
