CoTra Law assisted the shareholders of Veralu NV in the sale of 100% of their shares to Viewworks NV.

Founded in 1971 by Norbert Verreth, Veralu NV became a leading manufacturer of aluminium and PVC windows and doors in Belgium.   By acquiring Veralu NV, Viewworks NV strengthens its position on the Belgian market.

CoTra’s transaction team assisted Veralu NV’s shareholders throughout the entire transaction, including the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents and the successful closing of this sale.
