COTRA LAW ASSISTED THE FOUNDING SHAREHOLDERS OF ALIEN MOBILITY (A BELGIAN SERVICE PROVIDER PROVIDING INTEGRATED MOBILITY SOLUTIONS) IN A FINANCING ROUND IN WHICH ALIEN MOBILITY ATTRACTED NEW INVESTORS AND GROWTH CAPITAL TO EXPAND ITS BUSINESS.

CoTra Law assisted the founders shareholders of Alien Mobility (a Belgian service provider providing integrated mobility solutions) in a financing round in which Alien Mobility attracted new investors and growth capital to further expand its business.

For 10 years, Alien Mobility has been developing and selling “eMobility as a Service services” as a technology solution provider and hardware manufacturer.   For example, Alien Mobility enables a seamless and frictionless e-driving experience through EV charging solutions and smart energy connections. Together with a team of hardware engineers and software specialists, Alien Mobility designs, develops and manufactures fully automated solutions (complete systems or individual devices) for parking and charging.

CoTra’s transaction team assisted Alien Mobility’s shareholders throughout the entire transaction, including the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents and the successful closing of this financing round.
