CoTra Law assisted the purchasers Barbara de Zeeuw, Thierry Vermeiren and Dorian Group in the acquisition of the four-star hotel “Hotel du Commerce” in Houffalize (Belgium).
The “Hotel du Commerce” is a four-star hotel located in the heart of the Ardennes (Houffalize – Belgium). The hotel (including wellness and restaurant) is located on the banks of the Ourthe and offers an ideal base for (weekend) holidays, sports events, seminars, meetings or team buildings.
CoTra’s transaction team assisted the purchasers throughout the entire transaction, both in drafting all transaction documents (letter of intent, share purchase agreement, representations and warranties, etc ), and in conducting the negotiations and successful closing of this transaction.
