Verholim NV is a company specialising in the operation and letting of real estate (primarily in the retail sector).

CoTra’s transaction team assisted the sellers throughout the entire transaction, both in drafting all transaction documents (letter of intent, share purchase agreement, representations and warranties, etc ), and in conducting the negotiations and successful closing of this transaction.
